About this project
What does TFC Volcanoes add?
This addon for TerraFirmaCraft adds new mechanics to volcanoes, such as eruptions, earthquakes, tremors, pyroclastic bombs, new methods to regenerate minerals, and reintroduces the well-known mineral deposits, that could deposit near pools of spring water and lava, from TerraFirmaCraft versions 1.7.10 and prior to TFC 1.20.1 and 1.21.1!
For the flowing fluids, as seen in some images, I recommend adding the Flowing Fluids mod (and configuring it yourself).
There are many new types of minerals that can spawn around both lava and hot springs, examples being sulphur, ammonium chloride, salt, saltpeter and many more. Some of the new minerals can also be pulverized into usable fertilizers! This addon also makes lava behave differently depending on the local rock type (configurable); in certain rock types lava will spread very slow over and short distance, while much faster and farther if in the right conditions.
Besides, throwing "moist" items into lava can make for some funny reactions!

The following video showcases an active volcanic eruption; such violence -- what a show, magnificent!
