What does First Person add?
About
First Person renders your player body in first-person (who would have thought?!). Coupled with that comes body alignment with the camera direction so your body is always rotated directly towards what you are looking, which can be easier for the eyes.
Gameplay
The mod is purely visual and keeps the body rotation synced with your camera so the whole body is always properly aligned.
