できること

• ネットワーク設定ゼロ

サーバーに入れるだけで、他のプレイヤーが参加できる公開アドレスが手に入ります。

• ポート開放が不要

ホストでポートを開ける代わりに、プラグイン/Mod がリレーへ外部に接続します。リレーがあなたの代わりにプレイヤーを受け入れ、接続をあなたのサーバーへ中継します。

• Minecraft 専用

リレーは Minecraft の接続のみを中継し、それ以外は通信しません。

nekorelay サービスについて

• 無料・公開・アカウント不要

既定では公開サービス nekorelay.net に接続し、空いているリレーを自動で選びます。現在はアカウント登録も認証トークンも不要です。

• 人数上限

無料プランでは、1 サーバーあたり最大 20 人まで参加できます。

⚠️ 導入前にお読みください

• サーバーをインターネットに公開します

プラグイン/Mod が動作している間、あなたの Minecraft サーバーは接続アドレスを知っている誰もが接続を試みられる状態になります。通常の公開サーバーと同様に、ホワイトリスト等のセキュリティ設定をご利用ください。

• 接続について

動作中はKuronekoServerが管理するリレーサーバーへ接続し、あなたのサーバー宛のプレイヤー通信をすべてリレー経由で中継します。Minecraft 接続の中継以外にデータを送信することはありません。

• プレイヤーの実 IP（任意）。

既定ではサーバーから見た接続元はリレーになります。PROXY protocol を有効にすると、プレイヤーの実 IP を受け取れます（サーバー側の対応設定が必要で、既定は無効です）。

導入方法

Bukkit / Spigot / Paper / Folia

1. jar を plugins/ に入れる。
2. サーバーを起動する。既定の公開サービスに自動で接続します。
3. （任意）plugins/Nekorelay/config.yml を編集して自前リレーの指定や PROXY protocol の有効化ができます。

Fabric / Forge / NeoForge

1. 自分の Minecraft バージョンに一致する jar を mods/ に入れる。
2. 一度起動して config/nekorelay.properties を生成し、再起動する。

Nekorelay

What it can do

• Zero network configuration

Just drop it into your server, and you get a public address that other players can join.

• No port forwarding needed

Instead of opening a port on the host, the plugin/mod connects outbound to a relay. The relay accepts players on your behalf and forwards connections to your server.

• Minecraft-only

The relay only forwards Minecraft connections and does not communicate otherwise.

About the nekorelay service

• Free, public, no account required

By default, it connects to the public service nekorelay.net and automatically picks an available relay. Currently, no account registration or auth token is required.

• Maximum number of people

On the free plan, up to 20 people can join per server.

⚠️ Please read before installation

• Your server will be exposed to the internet

While the plugin/mod is running, your Minecraft server will be accessible to anyone who knows the connection address. As with any public server, please use whitelists and other security settings.

• About connections

During operation, your server will connect to a relay server managed by KuronekoServer, and all player traffic destined for your server will be relayed through it. No data other than Minecraft connections will be sent.

• Player’s real IP (optional).

By default, the connection source seen from the server will be the relay. Enabling PROXY protocol allows you to receive the player’s real IP (requires corresponding configuration on the server side, and disabled by default).

Installation

Bukkit / Spigot / Paper / Folia

1. Put the jar into plugins/.
2. Start the server. It will automatically connect to the default public service.
3. (Optional) Edit plugins/Nekorelay/config.yml to specify a custom relay or enable PROXY protocol.

Fabric / Forge / NeoForge

1. Put the jar that matches your Minecraft version into mods/.
2. Start once to generate config/nekorelay.properties, then restart.
