Disease is no longer just an effect.

BioForge V2 transforms medicine, disease and pathology into a complete gameplay system.

Examine patients using medical tools. Listen to their heart and lungs. Observe symptoms. Collect blood and biological samples. Process them, grow cultures, use microscopes and laboratory equipment, identify pathogens, research their properties and develop treatments.

But don't get comfortable.

Pathogens can spread. They can change. They can mutate.

⚙️ FOR MODPACK & ADDON DEVELOPERS

BioForge is designed as a system, not just a collection of items.

Diseases, symptoms, mutations, transmission methods and other mechanics can be expanded and configured, allowing creators to build custom outbreaks, medical progression, research systems and entire modpack scenarios around BioForge.

BioForge can be played solo, but is especially recommended for multiplayer and modpacks, where medicine can become an actual player profession.

🧪 HOW DO I START?

BioForge contains many interconnected medical and laboratory systems. And first item that you will need to craft is Research Tablet and it will contain all of the needed information.

JEI is highly recommended for recipes and progression.
