Chunk Loader

To setup chunk you need use command in chat and that will "claim" chunk where you stand.
Same to "delete" chunk you need stand on place where you want to delete.
Toggle option have 2 visual style and to turn that off you need use same command

Commands:

/chunkloader set 
/chunkloader toggle 
/chunkloader delete


Admin commands:

/chunkloader admindelete here
/chunkloader admin delete player_nick



This is mod server side but you can use on single player as well.

Remember make backup save world before you use any mod.

Issue:
You can set load chunk on claimed land :D and delete him any time. You cant delete person owned load chunk on his land.

Mod create folder in ModConfig/ChunkLoader where is saved all players data about chunk (on server player name and when was created set chunk)
When you use /chunkloader toggle on that chunk you hev e info who created chunk and when was create(picture 2).

You can change HEX colours, edit role in game or add VIP, change commands name and change much chunk can someone load.
