About this project
What does Temporal Resonance add?
Simple compatibility layer for haptic feedback devices connected through Intiface central.
Panic button: Default P. Bind this to something easily accessible. it should stop all devices for 20s
Features: Custom player defined presets trigger on specific triggers that users can choose.
Examples of implemented hooks:
Discrete hooks: One and done for each event.
- Bear Footsteps,
- Getting hurt
- eating food
- drinking
- breaking blocks
- temporal storm incoming
Continuous hooks: These ramp based on the level/percentage
- Health
- Hunger
- Stability
The UI is less intuitive than i would like unfortunately. Only vibration is supported at the moment, but i can add more haptic feedback options if there is demand for it.
BE CAREFUL WITH INFINITE DURATION EVENTS.
Order of operations:
- Connect your haptic feedback devices through intiface central. make sure the server is running on the address: ws://localhost:12345
- Open the Temporal Resonance config menu default: O
- Press the connect button. If you dont see your device, try scanning for it.
- create a preset and tune it to what you like. turning duration all the way down to 0 sets it to infinite duration
- select the specific device you want to trigger
- select the trigger you want to use
- select the preset you want assigned from that trigger.
