Temporary Vintage Story 1.22.3 fix for the tandem small-water-wheel direction bug.

修复 Vintage Story 1.22.3 中串联小型水车方向错误的问题。

Fixed Behavior

A small water wheel now contributes signed torque according to its local rapid-water flow. It no longer rewrites or reverses the propagation direction of the connected mechanical network.

Rotation Rendering

The water-wheel model now follows the actual shaft/network angle instead of multiplying the rendered angle by its local flow direction.

Installation

This mod must be installed on both the server and every client.
