What does KeyLock add?

KeyLock is a quality-of-life mod for Vintage Story that allows players to “lock” movement keys—perfect for those long treks across land or lazy cruises on a boat. Instead of holding down a movement key for extended periods, simply press a customizable hotkey (F8 by default) to lock any keys which are currently pressed. Your character will keep moving forward, by land or by sea, until you press the hotkey again.

Whether you’re crossing vast oceans or just want to free up your hands while traveling, KeyLock offers a smoother, more comfortable gameplay experience.
