What does Wood Ash Compatibility add?

Just a quick and dirty mod adding recipes to transform the wood ash from Oils! into the wood ash from Soap and Lye: Bloom and Lather, and vice versa.

Uses a 12:1 conversion ration where 12 of the wood ash from Oils! is equivalent to 1 wood ash from Soap and Lye, balanced vaguely around the fact that Soap and Lye's wood ash is made directly from logs while the wood ash from Oils! comes from sticks or planks. 1-2 S&L ash per log, depending on type, and 4 Oils! ash per board, 1 log = 12 planks, and then the extra labor, tool durability, and fuel usage for burning planks instead of logs.... Look, it's mostly going off vibes, okay?

Designed to work in 1.20.12 with the 1.20.12 versions of Oils! and Soap and Lye: Bloom and Lather, since those are what I am currently laying with. Decent chance it still works in later versions, but haven't checked myself.
