Sextant

Adds an uncraftable sextant (whose sprite is a simple png) that shows the pitch of the camera in degrees and minutes. I have no plans of adding a crafting recipe, and the only change I may add in the future is to allow toolracks and ground storage. If you want to add a sextant to your mod, feel free to copy my (terrible) c# code, instead of adding my mod as a dependency. 

May be useful when combined with mods like Ad Astra for playing without a map, as the mod includes a north star, and measuring it using this mod allows you to work out your latitude.

Note: by "uncraftable", I mean you need to spawn the item in to use it, either via console commands or creative mode. The command to spawn it is:
