Boards are not Paper

A simple patch that sets all wooden boards burn time to 18, a little less than firewood and much more than it was.

I always found it silly that an entire sturdy wooden board sawed from a log burns into ash in 6 seconds, while a stick, not even a branch, burns out in 8 seconds.

To be more specific this was made mostly because Immersive Woodworking (check it out it's cool) adds a sawmill that pretty much makes you use boards as fuel for most applications, unless you want to keep chopping firewood every time you want to cook a porrige. And with 6 seconds of burn time it was everything but impossible

Should be compatible with any mod, including ones that add new wood types as long as they use base plank itemtype for their boards
