Исправление бага при связке модов Racial ability + Xkills. Из за которого шкала голода держалась на стандартном уровне вне зависимости от текущего класса игрока

Xkills через навык большой желудок сбрасывал значение максимума сытости в зависимости от текущего уровня прокачки навыка из за чего бонусы Racial Ability/PlayerModelLib затирались.
Данный мод скорее костыль для временного исправления проблемы, так как.
Просто блокирует обработчик навыка по сути его выключая чтобы он не изменял значения сытости.

Bug fix for the Racial Ability + xSkills mod combination. The issue caused the hunger bar to remain at the default
level regardless of the player's current class.

xSkills, through the Huge Stomach ability, reset the maximum saturation value depending on the current ability level,
which caused bonuses from Racial Ability/PlayerModelLib to be overwritten.

This mod is more of a temporary workaround for the problem, as it simply blocks the ability handler, effectively
disabling it so it no longer changes saturation values.
