About this project

What does The Weaver's Loom add?

This mod adds a new crafting station called Weaver's Loom, in the Weaver's Loom you are able to proccess fabric and create brand new items, they come with lesser protective stats than armors, but their purpose is to provide specific bonuses to its users, such as health, stamina and mana regen and also max mana and stamina.

The Weaver's Loom can be crafted in a Workbench and it will provide you the following armor sets:

Linen Set:
Can act as a source of health regeneration for early game.

Woolen Set:
It has a very unique effect; automatically charges the Signature Ability of the current Weapon being held.

Cotton Set:
This set provides passive stamina regeneration.

Raven Leather:
Each piece will increase your max stamina.

Silk Set:
This one povides extra mana and mana regeneration for its user.

Cindercloth Set:
Provides a LOT of extra mana for its user.

The Weaver's Loom also adds 4 new ingredients that you will use to craft your sets.

Known Bugs:

  • The Cinderclooth Hood adds +20% mana, but the tooltip displays it as +120% mana.

Note: While the assets and base items for this mod already existed within the game files, they were previously non-functional, lacking both crafting recipes and the necessary logic. I integrated them by writing the missing code and balancing their recipes, and also balancing its stats, since some of the initial items were stronger than armor, which makes no sense considering they are just fabric and leather. The unique effects, however, are my own original idea! I wanted to give these "lost" items a distinct identity and purpose, because it would make no sense to craft a Loom only to have weaker armor. I hope you guys enjoy the new gameplay possibilities!

Do you want to pair the mage armour sets and make use of the extra mana/stamina? Check out these mods:

Mighty Staffs

Mighty Staffs

This adds a bunch of staffs that will sure make use of the increased mana pool and mana regeneration stat.

Mana & Stamina Tweaks

Mana & Stamina Tweaks

This one makes your mana regeneration be percentage-based instead of a fix value, so you will always take the same time to regenerate your mana even if you have a lot of mana.
