What does Enhanced Tools and Durability add?

This is a Simple Mod with some adjustments to tools and durability related gameplay.

Mod Changes

Pickaxes and hatchets lose 1 durability for every 10 hits on blocks instead of the normal 4 hits
Hammers lose half the durability when used on blocks
Removed durability loss from Iron Repair kit
Added in a couple shovels with recipes that were missing
Added Crude Repair Kit, This will still lower durability but only by 2% due to its low crafting cost and being able to craft it from your inventory.
