What does Balanced Stamina add?

A Hytale mod that reduces stamina consumption while sprinting, making sprinting more balanced and less draining on player stamina.

By default, Hytale's stamina lasts only a few seconds, making exploration incredibly slow. You have to stop running every few seconds and wait for the bar to refill!
