🎨 My Story

Hi! I'm Armeos, an artist from Quebec, Canada. This is my first complete modpack with interactions ever created. I never learned to code before this project - I'm primarily an artist, not a programmer. Creating this mod was my first real venture into game development and modding.

The inspiration? Players on my current Hytale server suggested that Quebec-related blocks would be a cool addition to the game. What started as a simple idea grew into a full 10-day project to create an entire maple syrup production system! As a Quebecois, I wanted to share a piece of my culture with the Hytale community.

This mod represents **10 days of learning, experimentation, and creative problem-solving**. From learning JSON structures to understanding game mechanics, from creating 3D models to balancing recipes - every aspect was a new challenge. The fact that it works and feels polished is something I'm incredibly proud of.

This is just the beginning. I plan to grow this project over time, potentially expanding into a full Quebec-themed content pack with maple wood, furniture, seasonal mechanics, and more Canadian-inspired features.
