Pokemon Tracker is designed to be simple efficient and immersive and fits naturally into a fantasy exploration oriented gameplay experience

Talemon is the addon that adds pokemon creatures into Hytale

Compatibility

Following multiple community requests, I’ve been working together with vadim_emoji, the creator of the Animal Tracker addon, to make both projects cross-compatible.

TaleMon is now (or will soon be) fully compatible with the Animal Tracker addon, allowing seamless interaction between both tracking systems.
