About this project

Generic Weaponry Expansion is a mod that adds in multiple new types of weapons with custom movesets and full progression tiering to the game. Right now it includes 3 new weapons and they can all be found in the new workbench, the Expanded Smithery. All new weapons can be found listed below.
All weapontypes include:
Fully custom models and textures.
Custom animations and movesets.
Tiered progression all the way from Crude to Mithril.
Salvage recipies.
And more to come.

The Expanded Smithery is the hub of every weapon added by this mod.
It includes the 3 weapons below and has roughly the same recipe as the vanilla weapon bench.
Every tier of the Smithery has a custom unique visual, dynamically changing it's visuals when upgraded.

The Cudgel is a one handed weapon. It is slower but more powerful than the sword.
The charge attack is a slam that knocks enemies away, and can also be held infinitely, allowing the user to choose whenever they want their attack to hit.
The Signature is an overhead strike into another slam, which also knocks the target even further than the charge would.

The Pole is a two handed weapon. It swings faster than the battleaxe or mace, but is more movement based.
The charge attack is a dash that launches the user through their target.
The Signature is a multiple hit combo which hits the target twice before knocking the target away.
.

The Claws are dual weapons closest to the dagger, it is more focused on defense.
The charge attack is a small damaging lunge that will slightly knock the enemy back.
The signature is a dash that allows the user to close the gap after a charge attack.
Hello! This is the part of the readme where I get a bit less formal. I really hope you guys enjoy the mod. I spent almost a month doing nothing but trying to learn the hytale editor and making assets and ideas for this mod. This also means I might have messed up somewhere, so if you find anything wrong or have any feedback, please do let me know! I'd love to hear what you guys have to say! I loved being able to concept up ideas! Right below is a kind of roadmap I put together, I know It's somewhat vague but I assure you I have more interesting things planned!
