What does Pulleys and chains add?

Adds multiple pulleys for small chains, ropes, and cables. Also adds a diagonal small chain, diagonal cable and a rope and cable that can be placed in any direction. Items can be found in workbench-tinkering tab and builder's workbench with iron bars. In creative mode you can find them under furniture tab and deco tab.
