The Ascent

Summary :

The Ascent adds a custom world with vertical biomes to climb. You can travel it alone, in coop or challenging your friends in a race to the top :)

To access to the biome, you have to do /instances and select Lycheesis.Ascent/ModInstance

Environments :

The Shore : A calm beach at the mountain's base. Loot the scattered chests, gather tools and resources to be fully prepaired for the journey.

Tropical Forest : A Dense canopy. You have to climb the trees, grip the fungi, and move along large roots.

Wastelands : This area is darker and harder to navigate. Visibility is reduced and the terrain becomes disorienting

Volcanic Tunnels : The cliff walls become sheer and impassable. You must travel into the mountain's tunnels and avoid hostile creatures inside.

The Promised Land : A peaceful meadow at the top of the mountain, a well-deserved rest after the climb.

Notes :

For the best experience, avoid breaking or placing blocks. Interact only through the items found in the chests. To help you make the climb, several tools are hidden on the beach : a glider, daggers, ropes, and bouncing mushrooms. Use them wisely.

I also recommend using the mod Not Realistic Trees by DOneDOne to prevent roots from breaking when attaching ropes to them.
