About this project
What does CheeInteracts add?
CheeInteracts
This is a simple, lightweight plugin that adds a handful of interactions for use with the Asset Editor.
It was made as a core dependancy of Tritale - Echoes of Hyrule, but will also be helpful for people making maps with restricted block building.
Interaction types:
------ 1.0 ------
PlaceBlockBypass: Places a held block or specified block like PlaceBlock, but ignores any restrictions the world has on block placement. Extremely useful for making special items that can be placed in restricted areas, such as a trap or a power cell to a door.
PlaceFluidBypass: Places a specified fluid like PlaceFluid, but ignores any restrictions the world has on block placement. Pretty much essential if you want items that burn blocks away for puzzles, or want to be able to create lingering damage flames for your weapons in block restricted worlds.
------ 1.0.1 ------
GroundedCondition: Conditional interaction that tests to see if the player is on the ground before running the next interaction. Can be inverted to check if the player is in the air instead.
ExactStatsCondition: Conditional interaction that acts like StatsCondition, but only succeeds when the cost is exactly the same as the stat's value. Useful for making and checking custom stats that act closer to temporary player-specific variables.
Note: Be extra careful when making items that use Bypass interactions, since they will likely be able to get placed in areas claimed by other players via mods and in places like the Forgotten Temple. I tend to throw a lot of conditions on my items to curb how much they can interact with spaces I did not create.
