How It Works

As items are compacted, the internal XP container of the Trash Compactor will continue to fill, until a maximum limit has been reached (64). XP from the container can only be transferred to empty bottles, which are then filled to provide an output of a Bottle o' Enchanting. All items are currently treated equally in terms of the XP output they provide.

User Interface

Unsupported Blocks

Blocks that cannot be compacted are:

  • Any blocks with tile/block entities
  • Bottle o' Enchanting

Hoppers/Capability Usage

  • Top: Compactable Item Input
  • Front: Empty Bottle Input
  • Sides: Fuel Input
  • Bottom: Result Output
