What does Glimmering Gardens add?

Title

Glimmering Gardens is a small mod that tries to bring a little bit more life to specific biomes.

currently it only adds Fireflies and features related to them, but there are more features planned

Fireflies: Firefly

These two-pixel mobs will light up the overworld nights, they can be found in Birch Forests, Swamps, Mangrove Swamps, Sunflower Plains and Meadow biomes. You can also catch up to 8 fireflies in a bottle, a full Firefly Bottle can be used to craft a Firefly Lantern. Fireflies tend to move towards nearby light sources and other fireflies.
