What does HoloSigns add?

This mod allows any sign to render only the text when Phantom Membrane (dictated by the holosigns:medium item tag) is right-clicked onto it. Additionally, it introduces new Glass Signs and 16 Stained Glass Sign variants, each with a Hanging Sign counterpart.
