About this project

What does ghost's Simplicity add?

This mod adds a lot of small things which are supposed to fit in with the vanilla game.

Includes:
1 biome;
1 tree;
11 flowers;
A lot of slight recipe tweaks;
19 gamerules;
27 new tools/armor;
11 cooked foods/meals;
25 special items;
4 more potions (with 2 new effects);
The ability to bonemeal small flowers to grow more of the same kind;
More washing interactions with the cauldron;
1 mob;
1 structure.

gamerules:
The ability of most vanilla mobs which can grief the world, to grief the world, seperated into their own gamerules;
Farmland trampling;
Disable end portal;
Several gamerules concerning armor/item drop of mobs on death (raw material/all tridents/all items);
A gamerule to turn all villagers into nitwits to disable trading;
A gamerule to turn of hunger, having food directly heal you instead, while saturation gives a slow healing effect;
A gamerule to enable smelting trough burning items (the items can still burn up);
A gamerule to allow the automatic washing of items when dropped into a water cauldron;
A gamerule to randomize the flowers grown from bonemealing a Grass Block (blocks in c:rare_flowers won't be grown).

The black cherry woodset

A new wood set (including boats and signs)!
A new dark gradient to build with, in the form of a cherry tree variant.

New flowers for all 7 colors which didn't have flowers yet, scattered troughout the world.

All added equipment

New tools!
A new tool for every occasion, without adding new type of tools are new ores. They are not meant to replace current tools, but to have some more stages inbetween. Some also come with interesting quirks meant for specific playstyles.
The obsidian knife: instanly break your glass while also keeping it intact. Never be annoyed by building with glass again!
New armor!
hide away in the armadillo chestplate (sneak to roll up), or go 60% faster with the crying armor set (15% per piece).

Specialized Armor!
Reduce damage from the undead by max 40% with Shining Armor, or projectiles by max 50% with Chained Leather Armor. Both armor sets have the main stats of Iron Armor.
The Shining Upgrade Template is made with 3 copper and 2 gold, applied to gold armor with 1 copper ingot. An armor set for the miners.
The Chained Upgrade Template is made with 8 string and 1 leather, applied to leather armor with 1 Sturdy Chain. An armor set for the wanderers.
Use the Chainmail Armor Trim Template, crafted with 3 Iron Chains and 6 Stone, to overlay the look of chainmail armor over any armor set.

Sturdy Chains can be used to craft and repair chainmail armor. Obtained by smelting chainmail (or defeating a mob wearing chainmail with ArmorDropRaw gamerule).
Craft the Crying Alloy (4 Sturdy Chians, 4 Amethyst, 1 cying obsidian) to upgrade your diamond gear into a different playstyle.
The ArmorDropRaw gamerule also adds rough diamonds, which is obtainable by defeating a mob with diamond armor, as to not make it too overpowered. Cut it into a Big Diamond Shard with a stonecutter, of which you need 2 to make a diamond.

New strange cooked foods.
Purely meant to make exploring more do-able early game, for both in the caves and in the nether. Most foods have negative side effects, as to still prioritize getting a good food source. The only 3 good foods this mod adds are Cooked Glowberries, Mushroom Salad and Shimmering Meal.

New blocks:
Charcoal now has a storage block, working the exact same at the coal block. It can smelt 80 items as fuel in any furnace.
All Dyes now have storage block, craftable with 9 of their corresponding dye and craftable back into 9 of their corresponding dye. They can be mixed just like their dyes, but can not be used in dyeing recipes.

The Nautilus mob!
Find their eggs by brushing the middle suspicious sand in their new structure: Nautilus Nest, found in the warm ocean. (add a biome to the tag c:has_nautilus_nest to have the structure spawn there too).
The Nautilus can be bred with raw fish, dropping their egg.
They are meant to give a new way to obtain Nautilus Shells, which they drop.

Slanted Ladders!
A quicker alternative to Ladders, requiring a different setup.

Added a new form of Nether Wart: Warped wart.
Use it to brew 4 new potions:
Jump Boost + Warped Wart = Fall Resistance;
Poison + Warped Wart = Hunger;
Slow Falling + Warped Wart = Levitation;
Strength + Warped Wart = Effect Resistance;
Awkward + Cooked Wart = Hunger + Healing.

The Fireplace: place it on top of your campfire to never loose hunger when below 8 hunger bars near it.

The Pocket Mirror: use this item to put non-armor items on your or a mobs head. Purely for cosmetic purposes, you cannot remove or put on a helmet with this item.

More washable items:
Colored Wool -> White Wool;
Colored Bed -> White Bed;
Colored Terracotta -> Terracotta;
Colored Glass Panes/Blocks -> Glass Panes/Blocks;
Colored Candles -> Candles.
Bulk washing gamerule: items dropped into a cauldron automatically get washed if true.

Recipe changes:
Blasting: all smeltable blocks are now also blastable. Can also blast raw ore blocks.
Saddle: 4 leather, 2 string, 2 iron.
Lodestone: 8 stone bricks(of any type) and 1 iron. (similar to 1.21.5 recipe).
Hopper: crafts 4 instead of 1.
Smelting: smelt armor for full ingots or rough diamonds.
Stonecurring: cut (Char)Coal into Black Dye.
Stone: a lot more stones can be used where previously only some stones could be used.
Armor trims: instead of needing 7 diamonds to dupe a trim, now you need 7 lapis. Excludes the 2 trial trims.
Log to chests: The normal chest recipe, but with logs. Gives 4 chests.

Brushing loot tables rework:
All random trash has been replaced with somewhat usefull items. It will still clutter your inventory. The loot table minecraft:trail_ruins_rare has not been changed, since it features no random trash.

Mod state: finished untill I have more ideas (or bugfixes).
