About this project
What does Magitech -Arcane Engineering- add?

"Magic" as a Science
In the world of Magitech, magic is expressed as a systematic technology. Mana is like electricity, and magic can take the place of firearms. Alchemy is integrated as a branch of chemistry, and other elements are recreated as part of science as well.
Freedom of Choice, Careful Decisions
This mod combines both magical and engineering elements, with a progression tree centered around minerals.
At times, you will venture to the surface to explore decadent, low-visibility biomes.
Each element is intricately intertwined, and by progressing through them simultaneously you can create stronger combinations of items and equipment.
The system emphasizes freedom, offering players many choices.
Experiment and create your own optimal set of equipment!
Main Features
Unique Biomes
"The diffusion of climate change."
Explore biomes with their own unique terrain generation.
There you will find new materials, food, decorative blocks, and many other scattered items.

Synthesized Tools
"The beginning of human civilization."
Combine multiple parts to create tools with unique effects of your own.
With over 20 materials, each with their own traits, you’ll have many opportunities to make use of their unique properties.
As you continue repairing and using your tools, their Tier increases, unlocking the potential for further improvements.
This system can be accessed early on, yet it can also serve as endgame content.

Magic
"A clean conquest without gunpowder."
Try out a new form of ranged combat.
Make use of Threadbound, Thread Pages, and Wands to resolve battles more efficiently.
Wands are synthesized tools, requiring engineering elements. In addition, alchemy and other items can produce materials that directly influence the performance of magic.
Thread Pages can be found in structures like the ones shown in the image.
Freely wield over 30 types of magic, soar swiftly through the air, and snipe enemies with beams from 100 meters away!
Magic-wielding mobs may also spawn, and in some cases even use magic to craft items!

Underground Ores
"Time crystals, billions of years harvested in an instant."
Forget branch mining—explore caves instead!
Unique ores are generated underground, encouraging cave exploration in Magitech.

Alchemy
"A new form of energy."
Experience a chemical methodology powered by mana.
Centered on minerals, new methods of material creation will be unlocked.
From small single-block devices to large-scale multiblock structures, you’ll be able to create useful items in diverse ways.

Guidebooks
Several guidebooks are provided to support your progression.
All of them also serve as Threadbound items, which can be opened as manuals with a right-click.
