Permission Manager is a server-side mod for NeoForge 1.21.1 that gives administrators extensive control over mod accessibility, world difficulty, entity population, and server performance.
It transforms your modpack into a structured RPG experience where player choices matter and the world evolves alongside their progression.

👤 Per-Player Mod Access — Specializations
- Soul Binding: Players choose which mods to unlock using a limited number of Soul Slots.
- Variable Weight: Administrators can assign different slot costs to individual mods or groups.
