What does Mutant Skeleton Armor Tweaks add?

This mod allows the Mutant Skeleton Chestplate from Fuzs' Mutant Monsters mod to be compatible with crossbows. There's also a nice little tooltip that shows what each armor piece does.

Made for the Prominence II modpack, but works perfectly in vanilla as well.
