About this project
What does Super Trims add?
With Super Trims, each trim material carries a unique bonus when worn as a complete matching set. These powers are tied only to the trim material itself, armor type and trim pattern do not matter. If all four armor pieces share the same trim material, the set bonus awakens.
The only exceptions are Lapis and Iron, whose effects are bound directly to the trimmed items themselves rather than the player, allowing them to function without a full matching set.
Whenever a full matching set becomes active, a distinct sound will play to signal that its power has taken hold. An indicator will also appear in the inventory above the offhand slot so you can tell when a bonus is active.
For more details on exactly what each trim bonuses do, check the wiki linked on the right side of the page.
Trim Bonus Details
Emerald
Those clad in emerald-trimmed armor find that commerce bends in their favor. Villagers return part of what was spent, making every trade feel just a little more profitable.
"Your wealth is measured in influence, not emeralds."
Redstone
Redstone-trimmed armor surrounds its wearer with a restless current of power. It sheds light, hums with unstable energy, and stirs nearby mechanisms as though some invisible pulse follows wherever you walk.
"You feel the power and motion of the earth glow red around you."
Lapis
Lapis-trimmed gear pushes enchantments beyond their ordinary limits. What should be the peak of magical strength can be pressed just a little further.
"Your enchantments no longer feel limited. They yearn for greater power."
Amethyst
Amethyst does not harden the body so much as change the way it moves through the world. Steps, impacts, and motion all carry a crystalline resonance.
"Each step carries a quiet resonance."
Quartz
Quartz-trimmed armor turns flame into little more than a spectacle. Fire, lava, and heat itself lose their bite against one who wears it.
"You walk untouched through the inferno."
Netherite
Netherite inspires dread. Lesser foes falter, hesitate, or abandon their hunt altogether, while those bold enough to strike are weakened for their arrogance. Even your armor bears the look of something heavier, darker, and harder to challenge.
"There is nothing to fear but fear itself... and you."
Diamond
Diamond does not merely endure pressure, it thrives in it. Its wearer gains greater vitality, and every blow answered only seems to harden their resolve further, layering recovery and resilience in the midst of battle.
"Pressure does not break you. It perfects you."
Gold
Gold attracts abundance. When brought to the depths, ore seems unwilling to part from all it holds, yielding just a little more to the one who mines it.
"Wonder and wealth cling to you."
Iron
Iron-trimmed equipment is built to last. Wear and battle leave far less of a mark, allowing trusted armor to survive long after ordinary gear would have given out.
"Time and battle leave little more than a scratch."
Copper
Copper waits for the storm. When lightning answers the call, its power surges through the wearer in a burst of speed, strength, and momentum. Yet such energy is not meant to be held forever, and what follows can be just as dangerous as the charge itself.
"Like Ben Franklin, you must harness the power of lightning."
Resin
Resin ties its wearer to something older and stranger. The creatures of the Pale Garden no longer see you as prey, and those caught in your gaze may be marked for the hunt. Under resin’s command, the forest does not always hunt alone.
"Your gaze chills prey, the Creaking see you as one of their own."
