SILENT ECHOES
Something has entered your world.
⚠ AUDIO / JUMPSCARE WARNING
This mod contains sudden loud sounds, fullscreen visual effects, flashing images and unpredictable jumpscares. A global volume of around 50% is recommended.
[ WORLD STATUS ]

> No anomalies detected.
> No unusual entities detected.
> Everything is normal.
> That is what it wants you to think.
THE FIRST CONTACT
Silent Echoes does not immediately announce itself.
You can explore, mine, build and survive normally for several minutes. There may be no strange music. No monster. No warning. The mod deliberately allows you to believe that nothing is happening.
And then someone joins.
Asmodeus joined the world
No explanation is given.
A few seconds later, the nightmare begins.
ASMODEUS
Asmodeus is not designed to behave like a normal Minecraft mob. It stalks the player through events, false information, environmental manipulation and sudden appearances.
STATUS: UNKNOWN
BEHAVIOUR: Hostile / Observational
LOCATION: Inconsistent
INTENT: Unknown
ESCAPE PROBABILITY: █░░░░░░░░░
ANOMALIES
Events do not follow a predictable timer. Long periods of complete silence can be interrupted by extremely aggressive sequences.
THE WATCHERS
Human-like figures can appear at a distance, behind windows, inside structures or directly behind the player.
DON'T LOOK AWAY
Certain entities remain completely motionless while watched. Turn around and they begin moving toward you.
YOUR DOUBLE
A figure using your own name can appear in the world, making it unclear who—or what—you are looking at.
HOME INVASION
Lights may suddenly disappear while silhouettes surround doors, windows and other entrances.
MARKED DOORS
A perfectly ordinary door may secretly become part of an event. Nothing happens until you decide to open it.
FALSE PURSUIT
Footsteps and sounds can deliberately come from the wrong direction while the real threat approaches elsewhere.
DO NOT TRUST THE GAME
Silent Echoes can imitate parts of Minecraft itself. An event is not always a monster appearing in front of you.
- [01] Fake Saving world... screens.
- [02] Fake disconnection screens.
- [03] Fake death sequences.
- [04] Sudden black screens and visual corruption.
- [05] Messages designed to look like normal Minecraft system messages.
- [06] Events that continue after the screen appears to return to normal.
SURVIVE.
Some encounters escalate beyond simple stalking.
The player can be dragged into the Nether and forced into a hostile encounter while the message SURVIVE. appears.
When the sequence ends, the player is violently returned to the Overworld at the position they occupied before the event.
RETURNING HOME DOES NOT MEAN THE EVENT IS OVER.
A jumpscare can immediately follow the dimensional return.
PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR
The objective is not to constantly throw monsters at the player. Silence is part of the mechanic.
Some sessions can remain quiet for several minutes before anything happens. Others can suddenly chain multiple anomalies together: blackout, footsteps, false UI, a silhouette and finally a jumpscare.
"You are most vulnerable when you think the event is finished."
