The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does Point Blank Events pointblankevents-0.9.1-BETA.jar need?
pointblankevents-0.9.1-BETA.jar. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install GeckoLib, Vic's Point Blank first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 6 come through another mod in the chain.
6 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Point Blank Events add?
A stupid combat overhaul to Vic's Point Blank Guns. Initally was just a simple event and attributes exposer for developers but now is host to alot more features with the intention to support more looter shooter based modpacks via datapacks rather than Java.
Out of the box features include:
- Head torse leg hit regions and multipliers!
- Resistances, richocets, wallbangs, piercing, shootable TNT and grenades (integrated with another mod I made which is fun and cool and you should check out).
- Alot of block interaction support (all configurable).
- Tracer ribbons on hit scan, 43 attributes being damage, headshots, fire rate, reload, crit, lifesteal, armour pen and a whole lot more. All scoped to weapon types (semi abritrary but overridable) to support baubles and other items.
- Overrided tooltips for clean up.
- Dummies for dps testing via the
/vevents dummysub command. - Optional bloom support for you psychos.
And if you want to dive into the datapacks side of things. You get the real meat and potatos.
- Traits (or perks) ((but really just traits in code)), perks bound to guns or attachments or armour or baubles. They have conditions, timers, stacks, cooldowns, and expressions to support whatever perks you could imagine. Have traits that can meld together, or roll from a table.
- Rule breakers, basically if there is something cool that some gun in some game did rulebreakers are there to support that fantasy as well as break how certain systems work, e.g. crit overcapping, executing, and damage banking.
- Named weapons, via definitions as a way to have a inbetween state of guns and the definitions if you want to have rolls or unqiues or special weapons. These are put into a creative tab for easy reference.
- Grenades and rockets taht can steer, bounce, stick split all while being able to be shot out of the air.
- Overheating mechanics with a lovely overlay effect.
- Gun shaders, texture overrides, and pick up orbs, overrides for coloration and special tracers.
And for the developers who use Java, datagen support if you want to really not deal with hand writing JSON. As well as events that cover everything that VPB had and all the new stuff added here.
Also additionally for those who want to test all the mentioned features, use the vevents command to explore around a bit. Also for the gamers check out CW Nightmare for a really cool pack that uses some of the features here.
