About

Cobblemon XP Overhaul is a unified progression system that brings player XP and Pokémon XP together through fully configurable rewards, multipliers and progression scaling.

Earn experience through captures and battles, customize how XP is distributed across your Pokémon team, and adjust progression to fit your adventure.

The mod also introduces the XP Flask, a special item that stores part of your Cobblemon-related player XP and lets you transfer it to your Pokémon later.

🧪 XP Flask

The XP Flask introduces a new way to manage Pokémon progression by saving part of the player XP earned through Cobblemon activities.

Rather than wasting or immediately spending all your earned experience, you can store a configurable portion and use it to train your Pokémon later.

How It Works

• Stores a configurable portion of Cobblemon-related player XP
• Does not collect vanilla XP from mining, mobs, furnaces or XP farms
• Converts stored player XP into Pokémon XP
• Grants up to one Pokémon level per use
• Allows you to preview the XP transfer by sneak-right-clicking an owned Pokémon with the Flask
• Supports configurable transfer rates and efficiency
• Can be carried in your inventory or equipped in the optional Accessories XP Flask slot
• Displays stored experience and available Pokémon XP through its item tooltip

The XP Flask only stores XP awarded through Cobblemon XP Overhaul. Vanilla experience remains separate.

• Debug and diagnostic options

Settings are available through the mod's configuration files and in-game configuration interface.

Administrators can reload the configuration using /cxpo reload or /cobblemonxpoverhaul reload.
