What does CropGrowthHUD add?

A lightweight client-side quality-of-life mod that shows crop growth progress directly in your HUD. No more guessing, no opening debug tools, and no extra UI windows — just aim at a crop and instantly see exactly how close it is to full maturity.

Client-side only (no server installation required). Fully compatible with singleplayer and multiplayer.

Dependencies: Fabric & NeoForge require Architectury API (and Fabric API on Fabric). Forge requires no additional dependencies.

Free to use in any modpack — public or private, no permission needed.

What it does

  • Growth % on Aim — look at a growing crop and the action bar shows how close it is to full maturity.
  • Real-Time — updates as the crop grows, so you know when to harvest.
  • Any Aged Block — not a crop whitelist: works on any block with an age property (vanilla crops and most modded ones).
  • Look Away to Clear — the overlay only shows while you aim at a valid block.

Configuration

Zero configuration — no config file, no keybinds. Install it, look at a crop, and the HUD handles the rest.

  • Client-side only. Safe on any vanilla or modded server.
  • Purely visual — it does not change crop behavior, growth speeds, or drops.
  • Fully translated into 10 languages: English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, and Italian.
