About this project
What does Pack Engine add?
Pack Engine
Create and add custom 3D items, animations, and wearable armor to Minecraft using asset packs, without writing Java code.
This mod is currently in Beta; please expect bugs.
No known incompatibilities (crashes).
Pack Engine allows creators to add their own custom 3D items, models, textures, and animations through simple asset packs. Items can be configured with custom animations, sounds, and gameplay effects, making it possible to create everything from basic consumables to complex interactive tools.
No Java coding is required to create packs. Provide your models, textures, animations, and configuration files, and Pack Engine handles the rendering and item behavior.
Features
- Custom 3D Items - Add your own models, textures, and animated items.
- Custom Animations - Create idle, use, equip, and unequip animations, including multiple variations.
- Consumables - Create food, healing items, medicine, drinks, and other usable items.
- Custom Actions - Configure healing, damage, status effects, food, sounds, commands, and more.
- Timed Events - Trigger actions at specific animation points or repeatedly throughout an animation.
- Wearable Armor - Add custom animated 3D armor with configurable attributes, durability, and equipment slots.

Items can also interact with other entities, support custom animation triggers, and execute actions at specific points in their timelines.
