What does Veilbound add?

Craft a Mortar and Pestle out of Cobblestone 3x and Stick 1x to grind any of 6 items/blocks up to 16 times into powder. Grind Terracotta for Chalk Dust. Grind any of the following ores for the powder form: Diamond, Gold, Emerald, Lapis, or Amethyst. Vertically place Chalk Dust 3x in the center of the crafting grid for a piece of chalk. Right click the floor with chalk to make a sigil. Shift-RightClick while standing on a sigil and holding powdered ore to create a scroll. Every powdered ore has its respective scroll.
