About this project

What does Divine Protections's (Re:Zero) add?

V1.4.1

The official major update of Divine Protections, expanding the roster to 34 registered protections inspired by the lore of Re:Zero. This update introduces brand-new environmental, active, and navigational abilities, a refined command suite, and an optimized balance system.

📜 The Divine Protections (36 in total)

This version features a robust roster covering extreme survival, combat mastery, environmental control, active commands, and utility:

  • Divine Protection of the Phoenix & Divine Protection of the Phoenix Next: Guarantees a second chance against death, with a daily recharge or infinite revives if you possess the NEXT variation.

  • Divine Protection of the Sword Saint: Absolute mastery in close-quarters combat. Passively parries attacks (while holding a sword or stick), repelling nearby enemies.

  • Divine Protection of Arrow Avoidance: The world itself forces ALL incoming projectiles to miss you.

  • Divine Protection of Arrow Guarantee: Guarantees that your own ranged projectiles land on target.

  • Divine Protection of Anti-Magic: Negates all debuffs, magic, and harmful potion effects.

  • Divine Protection of Fire Avoidance: Complete immunity/resilience against fire and lava.

  • Divine Protection of Water Avoidance: Resist drowning and take significantly reduced water-based damage.

  • Divine Protection of Swiftness: Superior base movement speed.

  • Divine Protection of Poison Immunity: Total immunity to toxic and poison effects.

  • Divine Protection of Anti-Malignance: Total immunity against corrupted hostile creatures, debuffs, and curses.

  • Divine Protections of the Skies (Blue Skies, Teary Skies, Night Skies, and New Skies): Gain tactical combat/stat advantages depending on current atmospheric and weather conditions.

  • Divine Protection of the Child of Wind: Total immunity to sickness and bad digestive effects from eating raw food.

  • Divine Protection of The Flavor King: Crafted food grants full hunger restoration and slower saturation depletion. (⚠️ IMPORTANT: Food must be manually picked up with Left-Click into your inventory. Quick transfer / Shift-Click from furnaces or crafting tables bypasses this effect!)

  • Divine Protection of Gardening: All crops harvested by the user yield double drops.

  • Divine Protection of Training: Multiplies XP gain for yourself and nearby allies.

  • Divine Protection of The Lightning Cloud: Takes no direct damage from lightning strikes (fire left behind still burns!).

  • Divine Protection of Sandplay: Prevents suffocation from falling gravel/sand and grants speed boosts on restrictive terrain (honey blocks, soul sand, cobwebs, berry bushes).

  • Divine Protection of the Weapon God: Masterful efficiency with any weapon, dealing greater damage with lower durability loss.

  • Divine Protection of Handling: Use all tools with enhanced efficiency and reduced durability loss.

  • Divine Protection of Unarmed Combat: Peerless hand-to-hand combat prowess, dealing devastating damage with bare hands (main hand must be empty).

  • Divine Protection of Shedding Blood: Deals scaled damage bonuses as your health drops (up to 2.5x damage at half a heart).

  • Divine Protection of Initiative: Prevents ambushes; nullifies the enemy's opening strike while guaranteeing a critical counter-strike.

  • Divine Protection of First Sight: Absolute immunity to an enemy's initial attack pattern that you've never witnessed before.

  • Divine Protection of Second Sight: High likelihood of an attack you have already seen being parried, deflected, or avoided.

  • Divine Protection of the Master Rider: Instantly tames and automatically saddles any rideable mount upon interaction.

  • Divine Protection of Instruction: If within a 15 block radius from an enchanting table it becomes level 30 to anyone.

  • Divine Protection of Lakes: Walk across water surfaces. Hold Sneak/Shift to dive normally.

  • Divine Protection of Drafts: Unlocks the /dp drafts command to project a trail of light guiding you to the nearest open-air exit (50 blocks radius).

  • Divine Protection of Vegetation: Passively revitalizes nearby flora, spawning wild flowers on bare grass and accelerating crop/sapling growth.

  • Divine Protection of Judgement: Unlocks the /dp judgement command, that allows you to know other players Divine Protections.

  • Divine Protection of Air Dashing: Allows for multiple, continuous jumps in mid-air.

  • Divine Protection of Fog: Fog wont hinder the user's sight.

🛠️ Command Management (/dp)

  • /dp list: Displays all active protections currently on your character with clean formatting.

  • /dp judgement <player>: Inspects and displays all active Divine Protections of the target player (Requires Divine Protection of Judgement).

  • /dp drafts: Projects a particle trail pointing directly toward the nearest outdoor exit or sunlight (Requires Divine Protection of Drafts).

  • /dp grant <player> <protection>: Grants a specific protection (Requires OP Level 2).

  • /dp revoke <player> <protection>: Removes a specific protection from the target (Requires OP Level 2).

  • /dp clear <player>: Clears all active protections from the target (Requires OP Level 2).

  • /reinhard: Bestows all 34 Divine Protections and infinite Phoenix revives upon the player (Requires OP Level 2).

  • /odlagna: Grants the rare Loved by Od Lagna trait to the player (Requires OP Level 2).

🎲 Progression, Spawn System & Rare Traits

  • In-Game Daily Progression: As time flows in the world, players have a subtle daily chance to passively awaken new, unacquired protections (8%). If you roll but are unlucky (every 20min) a message will appear it rolled but you didnt get any "You feel as usual".

  • Weighted Spawn System: First-time spawns feature weighted random rolls to determine initial gifts. Players can spawn empty-handed or receive a randomized bundle of protections.

  • Loved by Od Lagna (Exclusive Spawn Trait): A legendary condition obtainable upon initial world spawn (~1% chance). Blessed players are guaranteed a heavy starting package of protections and enjoy accelerated passive awakening rates throughout their journey (chance of 35%).
