About this project
What does [MTS] IV Render & FPS Fix add?
🚗 IV Render Fix
Fix invisible vehicles in Immersive Vehicles / Minecraft Transport Simulator!
IV Render Fix is a client-side rendering fix for Immersive Vehicles, also known as Minecraft Transport Simulator.
The mod is designed to prevent vehicles from becoming invisible while they are still present in the world. This can happen after teleporting, chunk reloads, returning to an area, entering first person, or when the local IV/MTS render state stops updating correctly.
✨ Features
🚘 Detects loaded IV/MTS vehicles on the client
👁️ Restores broken local vehicle rendering
📦 Expands vehicle render and culling bounds
🔄 Refreshes model, multipart and bounding-box caches
🌍 Reacts to world joins, entity changes and chunk reloads
🧭 Helps restore vehicles after teleporting away and returning
🎥 Includes first-person render recovery
🧩 Supports compatible MTS addons and content packs
🛠️ Provides inspection, refresh and debug commands
⚙️ Includes separate parked-vehicle profiling and optimization tools
🔧 How It Works
Minecraft renders entities separately on every player’s client.
Sometimes IV/MTS still has a vehicle loaded, but its normal rendering process no longer draws the model correctly. IV Render Fix listens to client-side events such as:
World join
Entity join and removal
Chunk load and unload
Client ticks
Render events
Teleports
Dimension changes
When a loaded IV/MTS vehicle appears to have a broken local render state, the mod refreshes its rendering data and attempts to call IV/MTS’s own rendering logic again.
The mod does not create replacement vehicle models. It helps IV/MTS render its own vehicles correctly.
🧩 MTS Addon Support
IV Render Fix also works with compatible MTS addons, vehicle packs and content packs.
The mod detects vehicles through the IV/MTS vehicle system itself, so it is not limited to vehicles from the base mod. Vehicles added by compatible MTS addons can also benefit from:
Render-state refreshes
Model and multipart cache rebuilding
Bounding-box recovery
Expanded culling bounds
Teleport and chunk-reload fixes
Every player must still use the same addon and content-pack versions as the server.
The mod cannot display addon vehicles when the required models, textures or content packs are missing from the client.
💻 Commands
/ivrenderfix status
Shows the current status of the render-fix system.
/ivrenderfix inspect
Inspects loaded IV/MTS vehicles and their local render state.
/ivrenderfix refresh
Refreshes the targeted or nearby vehicle.
/ivrenderfix refreshall
Finds all loaded IV/MTS vehicles on your client and refreshes their local render state.
/ivrenderfix debug
Enables or disables additional debugging information.
⚠️ Important Installation Information
The mod must be installed in the mods folder of every player experiencing invisible vehicles.
Installing it only on the server will not fix client-side rendering problems.
Every player must also use:
The same IV/MTS version
The same MTS addon versions
The same vehicle and content packs
Compatible versions of all required packs
Matching vehicle models and textures
Without the correct content pack, the vehicle assets do not exist on the client. IV Render Fix cannot recreate missing models or textures.
🖥️ Client and Server
The main invisible-vehicle fix is client-side.
The mod also includes separate server-side profiling and optimization features for parked vehicles. These systems are independent from the client render fix.
For invisible vehicles, the mod must be installed on every affected client.
For the parked-vehicle optimization features, installation on the server is also required.
📋 Requirements
Immersive Vehicles / Minecraft Transport Simulator
The correct MTS addons and content packs
Matching versions between the client and server
✅ What This Mod May Fix
IV Render Fix may help when vehicles become invisible:
After teleporting
After leaving and returning to an area
After chunks unload and reload
After changing dimensions
While sitting inside a vehicle
In first-person view
After reconnecting
When many vehicles are loaded
When local model or multipart caches become outdated
When Minecraft incorrectly culls a vehicle
When vehicles from MTS addons stop rendering
🚫 What This Mod Cannot Fix
The mod cannot restore vehicles when:
The required content pack is missing
The required MTS addon is missing
Vehicle models or textures are broken
The client and server use different pack versions
The vehicle was actually removed from the server
The installed IV/MTS version is incompatible
Another mod completely prevents IV/MTS rendering
📝 Summary
IV Render Fix keeps IV/MTS vehicles visible by refreshing broken client-side render states, rebuilding local caches and improving vehicle culling behavior.
It supports both regular IV/MTS vehicles and vehicles from compatible MTS addons and content packs, making it especially useful for servers and modpacks where vehicles sometimes disappear after teleporting, chunk reloads or first-person use.
