About this project
What does Paleo Paint add?
Paleo Paint allows you to paint like a true caveman. However, you are not limited to just cave walls!
Features
- Paint Bowl: It is a tool required for painting. It can be used while placed on the ground or while in your off-hand. Holds up to 128 pixel charges.
- Infinite Colors: You can mix as many dyes as you want to create your own colors.
- Emissive Paint: Use Glow Ink Sacs to make your paint glow in the dark. You can either use them separately or add them to your paint.
- Wash It Away: Use water from your Paint Bowl to clean painted pixels.
- Pixel-Accurate Art: Paint directly on basically any block surface.
- Preserved Art: Painted blocks keep their paint after being broken.
- Immersive Mechanics: First and third-person animations for interacting with the Paint Bowl and for painting. Additionally, your hand is visibly colored after dipping it in the Paint Bowl.
- Cave Isopod: A new underground creature. They are breedable with Rotten Flesh, and they drop Isopod Gel, which works as a base for the paint. It can also be used to refill your Paint Bowl, keeping the color inside.
- Ancient Murals: Discover over 10 unique murals naturally generating in the caves.
- Mural Editor: Creative-only painting tool with easy color selection and unlimited paint (F8 by default).
