What does Create Train Whistles add?

Create Train Whistles

Adds an entirely new whistle system to the mod with trains. The system lets you pull on a rope pulley to play the whistle with modulating volume and pitch. Every block has an entire configuration you can use to edit the modulation and sound properties.

You can also resource pack a new sound to the mod easily.
