This addon adds a new crafting recipe for the Command Block Book from Cracker's Wither Storm Mod.

RECIPE:

Diamond | Copper Ingot | Diamond Copper | Book | Copper Diamond | Copper Ingot | Diamond

4 Diamonds + 4 Copper Ingots + 1 Book = 1 Command Block Book

The recipe is intentionally somewhat expensive while still being completely obtainable in survival.
