Nuka Enchantments

Nuka Enchantments adds a configurable set of 50 combat, movement, mining, farming, defense, ranged, and utility enchantments for Minecraft 26.2 on NeoForge. Gameplay is decided on the server. Visual effects are optional on the client.

Features

• 50 implemented enchantments, each defined as datapack JSON with a matching Java effect module

Featured Enchantments

• Chain Lightning - A charged melee hit can jump to a limited number of nearby hostiles. It is not vanilla lightning and cannot be combined with Thunderstrike.
• Void Mark - Repeated charged hits store marks that collapse into magic damage. Player targeting is off by default.
• Gravity Well - A mace smash pulls nearby mobs inward. Players and bosses are exempt unless configured otherwise.
• Reflection - A well-timed shield block can return a projectile, with a bounce cap.
• Tidal Wave - A wet, charged trident melee sends a short cone of water damage and knockback.
• Vein Miner - Connected tagged ores break together, with a hard block cap and sneak bypass.
• Double Jump - Enchanted boots can request one mid-air jump. The server checks equipment and airborne state.
• Soulbound - Treasure equipment returns after death once, with a durability penalty, and cannot share an item with Vanishing Curse.
• Thermal Lift - Elytra gain bounded lift over tagged heat sources. Holding Airbrake cancels the lift.
• Hunter's Sight - The wearer sees a private outline on recently hit targets. Other players do not see Glowing.
• Replanting - A hoe replants mature tagged crops and consumes exactly one seed.
• Last Stand - Chestplate enchantment that can prevent one death, then stays on a long persisted cooldown.

Installation

1. Install Minecraft 26.2.
2. Install NeoForge 26.2.0.75 or a newer 26.2 build.
3. Place nukaenchantments-1.0.0-neoforge-26.2.jar in the mods folder.
4. Install the same JAR on the client and on the dedicated server.

No other mods are required but Enchantment Descriptions is highly recommended!

Configuration

nukaenchantments-common.toml controls gameplay: a global switch, one enable flag per enchantment, PvP, boss effectiveness, chances, cooldowns, and caps.

nukaenchantments-client.toml controls visuals only: VFX, particle density, sound volume, overlays, Danger Sense HUD, Hunter's Sight outlines, reduced flashing, and a maximum number of simultaneous effects.

TOML values reload at runtime. Changing enchantment JSON still requires a world or datapack reload.

Commands

/nukaenchants requires operator permission. Common uses:

• list, info, conflicts, config status
• give, book, apply, remove, removeall
• cooldown get|clear
