Project CELKA
Create is about earned superiority, not artificial equality
Quick answer
Which Project CELKA release should I use?
Project CELKA project_celka-0.4.0beta3.2.jar targets 1.21.1 with NeoForge. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. All 9 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Project CELKA required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does Project CELKA project_celka-0.4.0beta3.2.jar need?
project_celka-0.4.0beta3.2.jar. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install [UNOFFICIAL] TaCZ NeoForge Port, Create Big Cannons, Synaxis, Sable and 5 more first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 4 come through another mod in the chain.
4 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Project CELKA add?
Project CELKA
Create is about earned superiority, not artificial equality.
Project CELKA is a military engineering expansion built around the philosophy of Create.
Many modern addons replace complex engineering with convenient all-in-one blocks: automatic targeting, effortless weapon control, simplified vehicle systems, and powerful functions available with almost no technical effort. Project CELKA takes the opposite approach.
We believe that technological superiority should be earned through design, experimentation, automation, and engineering skill.
Our Philosophy
Project CELKA does not aim to replace Create’s engineering gameplay. It expands it.
Every powerful system should require a proper machine behind it. Fire-control systems should require engineer's skill. Stabilizers should require careful configuration. Advanced weapons should interact correctly with armor and physics builded from blocks. A well-engineered vehicle should outperform a poorly designed one because its creator invested more knowledge and effort into it.
This mod is made for players who enjoy:
Building real mechanical systems instead of using instant solutions
Designing military vehicles with functional internal components
Programming with CC:Tweaked
Experimenting with physics, armor, ballistics and automation
Gaining an advantage through engineering rather than convenience
Current Features
Folding Synaxis Compact Flaps
Compact Flaps can be folded and deployed using redstone logic or CC:Tweaked.
When folded, their collision and aerodynamics are disabled and their visible geometry retracts into a thin mounting layer. Deployment includes a fast mechanical animation, sound, and particles.
Synaxis Camera Improvements
Project CELKA expands and rebalances the Synaxis camera system, reducing its use as an effortless all-in-one solution while preserving its value as part of a properly engineered fire-control system.
Thermal imaging can be controlled through Cimulink logic, allowing cameras, computers, and vehicle systems to work together.
Improved Block Armor
Synaxis components receive more appropriate CBC armor and toughness properties, allowing them to interact more consistently with Create: Big Cannons projectiles and armored vehicle designs.
RPG Weapons
Project CELKA adds functional RPG launchers using TACZ-style weapon handling combined with Create: Big Cannons ballistics and damage mechanics.
The projectiles are not ordinary gun entities. They interact with CBC armor, penetration, explosions, fragmentation, and physical vehicle structures.
Both high-explosive and shaped-charge ammunition are supported.
The Future
Project CELKA begins with relatively small compatibility improvements, missing features, and corrections to existing systems—but the long-term goal is much larger.
Future updates may introduce:
A dedicated radar system
Realistic detection and tracking
Additional weapons and ammunition
Improved visual and mechanical effects
More advanced interaction between armor, projectiles, physics, and internal vehicle systems
The planned radar will not be a simple block that automatically reveals every target. It will be a complete engineering system intended to work with computers, displays, tracking logic, and player-built fire-control networks.
Built for Engineers
Project CELKA is for players who want military Create gameplay to remain challenging.
It does not give every vehicle the same capabilities. It gives players the tools to design those capabilities themselves.
Build smarter. Program better. Engineer your superiority.
