Laterna

Laterna adds light sources in all sixteen dye colours, in ten shapes, each of which can wear its frame in its own colour or in a fixed black or white. Lit, they give off light level 15. The colours are the game's own dye values, so a Laterna lamp sits correctly beside wool, concrete and terracotta of the same name. Alongside the lamps are glowing glass, a window that is its own light, and the shade, a block that takes light out of the air around it.

Shapes

Lamp — a full block. It comes two ways: one redstone switches on, and an inverted one redstone switches off.

Slab and Panel — half a block, and a thin plate. Horizontal and vertical are separate blocks, and one crafts into the other. Two slabs stack into a full block.

Spotlight — recessed into the surface it is put on, with no thickness at all. Floor, wall or ceiling.

Bulb, Fixture and Rod — small fittings. The fixture takes a different shape on a wall than on a ceiling.

Cased lamp — an opaque core inside a clear case.

Anything mounted on a face drops when the block it is stuck to is broken.

Glowing glass

A window that is its own light, clear or in any of the sixteen dyes. It comes framed like the lamps, and frameless as well, so a wall of it reads as one sheet rather than a grid. Otherwise it is the game's own glass: you see through it, it does not suffocate, and redstone does not run through it.

The shade

A block that takes light out of the air around it. It is invisible and gives off nothing; while it is switched on it stops light at full strength. One over an opening leaves a room dark at noon with the view still there, and a cell filled with them is a dark room. Like the lamps it comes two ways: one redstone switches on, and an inverted one redstone switches off.

Frames

Every framed shape comes three ways: the frame in the lamp's own colour, fixed black, or fixed white. Which one you get is decided by what the frame is made of — ordinary stone, polished blackstone, or quartz.

Crafting

The first lamp is made from glowstone, redstone and stone. After that:

• Dye eight lamps of a kind with one dye to get eight of another colour. The kind is kept.
• Turn a horizontal slab or panel into its vertical twin, one at a time, and back.
• Slabs and panels have their own recipes as well.

Glowing glass is eight at a time, glass around glowstone dust, or glass panes for the frameless one; the clear one is the one with a recipe, and every colour is that one dyed. The shade is four at a time, from stone, ink sacs and redstone dust.

形

ランプ — フルブロック。レッドストーンで点くものと、レッドストーンで消えるものの2種類があります。

ハーフブロックとパネル — 半分の厚みと、薄い板です。横向きと縦向きは別のブロックで、向けた場所に そのまま置けます。1個ずつ相互に変換できます。ハーフブロック2個を重ねるとフルブロックになります。

スポットライト — 設置面に埋まり、厚みがありません。床・壁・天井に置けます。

電球・照明器具・棒 — 小さな照明です。照明器具は壁と天井で形が変わります。

ケース入りランプ — 透明なケースの中に不透明な芯が入っています。

面に取り付けたものは、取り付け先のブロックを壊すと一緒に落ちます。

自分で光るガラス

透明と染料16色があります。ランプと同じ枠つきのほかに、枠なしもあります。枠なしを並べると格子にならず、1枚の面に 見えます。それ以外はゲームのガラスと同じで、向こうが見えて、埋まっても窒息せず、レッドストーンも通しません。

周りの光を消すブロック

姿が無く、自分は光りません。動いている間、通る光を上限まで止めます。開口部に1つ置けば、外が見えたまま部屋は昼でも 暗くなります。1マス分埋めれば暗い部屋になります。ランプと同じく、レッドストーンで動くものと止まるものの2種類です。

枠

枠はランプと同じ色・黒・白の3種類です。石・磨かれたブラックストーン・クォーツのどれで作るかで決まります。

クラフト

最初のランプはグロウストーン・レッドストーン・石で作ります。そのあとは次のとおりです。

• 同じ種類のランプ8個と染料1個で、別の色8個になります。種類は変わりません。
• 横向きのハーフブロックやパネルは、縦向きと1個ずつ相互に変換できます。
• ハーフブロックとパネルには専用のレシピもあります。

自分で光るガラスは、ガラスでグロウストーンダストを囲むと8個できます。枠なしは板ガラスで囲みます。レシピがあるのは 透明なもので、色つきはそれを染めて作ります。 周りの光を消すブロックは、石・イカスミ・レッドストーンダストで4個できます。

動作環境

Minecraft 1.21.1 の NeoForge。他に必要な Mod はありません。MIT ライセンス。
