What does Redelight-map add?
Redelight-map
Redelight-map is a fork of Delight-(down)map by ConfiG, which itself is a port of Delight-map by Enchanted_Games to Minecraft versions older than 1.21.2.

All 5 of these issues upstream (which stem from the same issue of the mixin being overly invasive) have been fixed in this fork. As well, Redelight-map supports more versions, including some Legacyforge versions.
There's also optional YACL integration to toggle the mod on and off.
Version Support
Currently supports 1.16.5 to 1.21.1 on Fabric, and 1.18.2 to 1.20.1 on Forge, plus NeoForge for 1.20.2+. 1.21.2+ will never be supported (use the resource pack instead).
As stated on the original page, this is a straight port of the shader code from the resource pack to Java with minor changes, this should look identical to the 1.21.2+ resource pack.
