About this project

What does HorizonTP add?

HorizonTP

HorizonTP is a lightweight, server-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 26.2 that adds named player homes and simple teleport commands. It works in dedicated servers and in single-player worlds using Fabric.

Features

  • Create a default home with /sethome.
  • Create multiple named homes with /sethome <name>.
  • Teleport to the default home with /home.
  • Teleport to a named home with /home <name>.
  • List your homes with /homes or /homes list.
  • Delete a named home with /homes delete <name>.
  • Store homes per player and dimension.
  • Teleport between loaded dimensions.
  • Configure the teleport cooldown and maximum number of homes.
  • Display the remaining cooldown in yellow chat text, for example 12s left.
  • Store data in simple JSON and properties files inside the world's config folder.

Commands

Command Description
/home Teleports you to the default home named main.
/home <name> Teleports you to a named home.

Default values:
