Kestrel Armor HUD adds a compact, vanilla-style armor indicator positioned next to the hotbar.

The mod displays only the armor pieces currently equipped.
It uses the same slot layout as the hotbar.
It shows durability bars and optionally the numerical durability remaining.
It warns of critical armor wear with an optional sound alert.
It supports left or right positioning and mirrored display order.
The mod is client-side only and respects Minecraft's GUI scale settings.
