About this project
What does Squirrelies Wild add?
🐿️ Squirrelies Wild makes Minecraft forests way more fun by filling them with 9 different squirrel and chipmunk types!
You can find Gray Squirrels, Red Squirrels, Fox Squirrels, Black Squirrels, Albino Squirrels, Flying Squirrels, Eastern Chipmunks, Siberian Chipmunks, and Least Chipmunks running around, climbing trees, searching for acorns, hiding from danger, sleeping, breeding, and raising tiny babies.
These are not just boring decoration mobs either. They can react to predators, hide during storms and bad weather, forage for food, climb trees, glide through the forest, and even be tamed. Tamed animals can follow you or stay where you tell them, so yes, you can basically have your own little squirrel buddy.
The mod also adds realistic squirrel and chipmunk sounds, acorns, plantable acorns, Acorn Trees, advancements, mod compatibility, and more!
And there are secrets too 👀
Try naming a squirrel Sandy and see what happens…
Or maybe try Scrat… 👀
Some squirrels might become a little too obsessed with acorns.
If you want your Minecraft world to feel like an actual living forest full of tiny chaotic animals, Squirrelies Wild is made for that.
