What does Toggleable Chat add?

Toggleable Chat – Hide the Chat, Enjoy the Peace

With Toggleable Chat, you decide when you want to see the Minecraft chat. Hide all chat messages and turn them back on whenever you want.

Press F10 to open the settings, or use Mod Menu. Enable “Hide Chat: ON” to hide the chat – even when the chat window is open. Set the option to OFF to display the chat normally again.

  • Customizable Hotkey: Change F10 through Minecraft’s keybind settings.

  • Saved Setting: Your choice is saved and remains active after restarting the game.

  • Chat History Preserved: Messages are still received and remain stored in Minecraft’s normal chat history.

  • Client-Side Only: The server does not need to have the mod installed.

Available for Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 and 26.3 with Fabric. Fabric API is required; Mod Menu is optional.
