About this project

What does PixelmonShaderCompat add?

PixelmonShaderCompat

PixelmonShaderCompat is a small compatibility mod to resolve rendering conflicts between Pixelmon and shader packs.

What it does

It fixes the bug that makes all Pixelmon entities invisible once shaders are turned on. It works with modern Sodium and Iris, and removes the requirement to toggle allowUnknownShaders inside Iris configuration files.

How it improves your game

Players using Pixelmon + Iris shaders previously faced invisible Pokémon. After installing this mod, all Pokémon models render correctly with shaders enabled. You can keep shader visual effects while viewing Pixelmon creatures normally, with no extra configuration work needed. It does not alter any Pixelmon gameplay.
