This mod is intended for tornado mods (PMweather)
I know that when you spawn in youre underground. i have no way to fix this.
I also know that when you dig down its just grass blocks. i cant fix this.
**MAJOR NOTE: for PMWeather clouds to appear you have to add "superflat_dimension:superflat" to the list of dimensions in global>valid dimensions.**
